Filtered multivariate extra virgin olive oil, blend obtained from the following olive varieties: Ascolana Tenera, Sargano di Fermo, Frantoio, Leccino, Rosciola, Carboncella, Coroncina, Moraiolo, Piantone di Falerone, Gentile, Mignola, Pendolino, Peranzana, Raggia. Area of distribution: Olive varieties from the Marche and Abruzzo regions. Organoleptic characteristics: fragrant, lovable, very fruity oil, low acidity, with slight levels of bitterness and spiciness and herbaceous aftertaste, deep green in color with shades of yellow. Recommended pairings: it goes easily with all dishes, cold and hot, meats, and vegetables. In cooking, its fragrance is best brought out. The combination of the different varieties of olives produces a unique product, aimed at enhancing the different local crops, able to amalgamate their different loves and flavors.
