Breeding: 5000 stocks spurred cordon
Yield / hectare: about 12 quintals
Vinification: in wooden vats for 8 days
Ageing: aging and malolactic fermentation in barriques for 30 months
Least 6 months of aging in bottle

Colour: ruby red
Bouquet: red fruit with hints of spice
Taste: intense, persistent, mineral, tannic
Pairing: dishes with intense aromas, processed, with a good structure for meditation
